No issues putting it on and agree with other reviews…best to turn it inside out, center it with the end of the tank, and roll it over onto the tank end. I have a 77 and as long as you are careful and don’t go nuts on it, it shouldn’t tear. If other’s have had theirs tear when putting it on, I guess it could be an issue with the product they received, or they were too forceful in pulling at it to get it on. Just move it a little at a time going around as you go until it is fully on the tank.
